Axian Dim Sum
Because I think he’s doing a good job recommending….
Axian will be on my first post.. He is the oh-so-famous host of tv show – Taste with Jason. For those who don’t know him, he is Astro’s star in the food industry. He goes around M’sia to look for the most extraordinary, famous and yummy food, ranging from Malay to Indian to Chinese (but mostly Chinese) – most of his recommendations are not encouraged to go until it has been on air for at least a month, IF and only IF you are not the willing-to-wait-for-food person. Many of his restaurants that he recommended, I went with my family and ended up waiting for more than an hour -.-” but it’s worth it!
The only disadvantage of his shows is that it is in chinese (sorry for those “bananas”) Click here to visit his website~
Many would have thought he is merely a good-food researcher.. but he also opened a restaurant called Axian Dim Sum, and fortunately for me, the shop is located around my area, Puteri Puchong (near Bake With Yen Puchong branch/shoplots opp Giant).

I thought that people are merely going to the shop for the name, since Axian introduces only good food, he can’t risk opening a shop without good food right? But, his dim sum does have some extra edges compared to the normal.
The steamed pork ribs~

One of their specialty (and my favourite), Prawn Dumplings~
The chee cheong fun with bbq pork ~

The fried spring roll which foreigners adore~ justtttttttttt nice *kiss fingers*

The fried beancurd with prawn fillings ~ yummz

And a definitely not-to-miss is the radish cake ~ soft yet crunchy, melts in the mouth…not in the hands….ahhhhh *dreams away*

There are a whole lot more selections! but because I was only with mr. fbb, the amount of consumption is limited. shall blog about it again when we go for a 2nd round
